A group of students will assess your strategic marketing perspective, which will influence the marketing and communications plan.

Students will submit a max 30-page marketing and communications plan, as well as do a 15-minute presentation in front of their entire class.

Requirements

Up to 7 groups of students will identify your nonprofit's value proposition, sustainable competitive advantage, and positioning in order to assess your strategic marketing perspective, which will influence the marketing and communications plan. Feel free to have the students address a specific marketing challenge that your non-profit is facing.

This could include a social media plan, fundraising plan, special events plan, CRM strategy, marketing to volunteers, etc. Anything that will help your nonprofit!
