Dawson demonstrates an uncommon sense of initiative. He does extremely well with clear instructions and asks key questions to make sure the work he does is accurate and timely. His verbal and written communication skills are very strong. Most importantly, he is trustworthy. I am fortunate to have had him deliver a Riipen project for the Social Innovation Institute.
