I would like to express my gratitude to the Level UP Staff at MacEwan, who were extremely helpful in setting up this project. I believe this Peer tutoring project has been immensely successful, given the number of students who we have helped. Having peer students as their tutors creates a safe and comfortable space for the MacEwan students, who feel at ease to ask any questions or clarifications about the course. It has also helped the tutors to be gainfully employed, and teaching helps them enhance their knowledge and understanding in a subject which is becoming increasingly important.
