LulAI is an AI-powered SaaS platform designed to automate customer interactions in the retail sector. The current project aims to refine the AI chatbot to improve its conversational accuracy and user engagement. Additionally, the project will focus on enhancing the Admin Dashboard to provide more intuitive user interfaces and actionable insights for retail managers. Expanding integrations with existing retail systems will also be a key focus, allowing for seamless data flow and improved operational efficiency.
