LulAI is an AI-powered SaaS platform designed to automate customer interactions in the retail sector. The current project aims to refine the AI chatbot to improve its conversational accuracy and user engagement. Additionally, the project will focus on enhancing the Admin Dashboard to provide more intuitive user interfaces and actionable insights for retail managers. Expanding integrations with existing retail systems will also be a key focus, allowing for seamless data flow and improved operational efficiency. Optimizing cloud and database systems will ensure that LulAI can handle increased loads and provide faster response times. This project offers students a hands-on opportunity to apply their knowledge in full-stack development, AI, and cloud computing, ultimately contributing to the scalability and intelligence of LulAI as a robust solution for retailers.

Deliverables

The project deliverables include a refined AI chatbot with improved conversational capabilities, an enhanced Admin Dashboard with user-friendly interfaces, and expanded integrations with existing retail systems.
