This will involve several different steps for the students, including:
- Investigating the competitive landscape to identify key messaging for promotion.
- Developing a pricing strategy based on industry research and customer surveys.
- Identifying business expansion opportunities through location analysis and customer surveys.
- Identifying key messaging via customer focus groups that investigate the competitive landscape for a new product or service.
By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:
- Understanding of the competitive landscape and Cirkel’s position in the market
- Identification of Cirkel’s ideal target market
- Development of a pricing strategy based on industry research and customer surveys
- Identification of business expansion opportunities through location analysis and customer surveys
- Identification of key messaging via customer focus groups
Final deliverables should include:
- A written report summarizing the research and findings.
- A presentation outlining the research and findings.
I, as CEO, will be available virtually at least once a week for a meeting with the students during duration of project and will also be available via email.
