The main goal for the project is to streamline and optimize the invoice processing system for Unrivaled Sports. This will involve creating a more efficient process for checking and uploading new invoices, as well as generating AP reports.

The tasks that learners will need to complete to achieve the project goal include:

- Analyzing the current invoice processing system and identifying pain points and inefficiencies.

- Developing a new process for checking virtual mailboxes in Outlook for new invoices and uploading them into Bill.com with GL coding.

- Creating a system for running AP reports on a weekly basis, specifically on Tuesdays.

- Testing the new process and making improvements based on feedback and data analysis.

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:

- Understanding of the current invoice processing system and its inefficiencies.

- Development of a new, more efficient process for checking and uploading invoices.

- Implementation of a system for generating AP reports on a weekly basis.

Final deliverables should include:

- Documentation of the new invoice processing system and AP reporting process.

- A presentation outlining the improvements made and the impact on efficiency and productivity.
