Mylance created a lead generation product for fractional independent consultants called Mylance Scale. In addition to the lead generation offering, we also have a robust community of independent consultants located in Slack which comes with a free HQ.

We have noticed that we need to increase our brand awareness to scale. We are looking for assistance in finding affiliate deals, potential partnerships, and being featured on podcasts in an effort to improve our top-of-funnel marketing efforts.

Deliverables

By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities:

  • Found potential affiliate deals for Mylance to utilize on an ongoing basis
  • Found potential partnerships for Mylance
  • Found podcasts for our CEO/founder to be featured on to promote Mylance

Bonus steps would include:

  • Suggested other ways that we can increase our top-of-funnel marketing efforts
Mentorship

Students will connect directly with the employer for mentorship and supervision throughout the project. We will be able to provide answers to any questions that occur throughout the project.

We're also fractional executives and we're passionate about part-time work. So we're building tools to power fractional consulting businesses. Every Mylance team member has done consulting. We're experts, and we've seen what consulting enables: more time with our families, traveling the world, more time on passion projects, or starting that business we've been dreaming about.
