The primary objective of this project is to improve our ability to secure government contracts by enhancing our technical proposal writing skills. Students will collaborate with our organization to evaluate our current proposal process, identify weaknesses, and develop high-quality technical proposals for government bids.

This project will involve several steps for the students, including:

  1. Familiarizing themselves with our organization’s vision, mission, and technical capabilities.
  2. Reviewing our current proposal writing process and past proposals.
  3. Researching best practices for technical proposal writing for government bids.
  4. Identifying potential government contract opportunities that align with our services.
  5. Developing a detailed and persuasive technical proposal template.
  6. Writing sample technical proposals based on identified opportunities.
Deliverables

Tasks for Learners

By the end of the project, students should complete the following activities:

  1. Understand our organization’s values, mission, and technical capabilities.
  2. Review and analyze our current proposal writing process and past proposals.
  3. Research best practices for technical proposal writing in the context of government contracts.
  4. Identify potential government contract opportunities.
  5. Develop a detailed and persuasive technical proposal template.
  6. Write sample technical proposals for specific government bids.

Final Deliverables

  • A comprehensive technical proposal template tailored for government bids.
