Details

We are looking for a student to help develop and distribute a newsletter that supports our organizations' cause.

We think this project will include:

  • Creating a bi-monthly newsletter with helpful information so readers feel inspired
  • Creating and soliciting materials to be published.
  • Determining the features of a publication.
  • Setting and enforcing deadlines.
  • Working with the SII Program Coordinator to make a final determination about what will be published in an issue.
  • Overseeing all operations of a publication.
  • Increasing the email list for the newsletter
Deliverables

The final deliverables should take the form of:

  • Professional, proofread newsletters that are ready to be published
  • A presentation of the work to the Program Coordinator
Mentorship

Students will connect directly with the SII Program Coordinator for mentorship throughout the project.
