Details

The main goal is development of a dashboard specifically designed for organizers of peer groups who offer courses, programs, or content, such as coaches or university professors. The dashboard will allow these organizers to add content for their peer group sessions, following the CIRKEL method. Additionally, organizers will be able to monitor the challenges and questions that arise within the groups. They will also have access to aggregated data, which they can utilize to refine and adapt their programs or content offerings. We have already created the initial UX/UI design for the peer groups, which is an integral part of our product.

Deliverables
  • Project Plan- Identify milestones and set a timeline for the project
  • Review requirements and existing designs- Familiarize themselves with the existing product to understand the requirements, design work, and feedback that already exists, and to identify gaps to be filled in the next stage.
  • Finalize- Handoff all deliverables and findings in a package that allows for your work to be easily understood and incorporated into future projects.

Projects typically include 1-2 deliverables plus design recommendations with wireframes/mock ups as the final deliverable. Examples of possible deliverables are included below – please feel free to copy and expand on the descriptions below to fit your specific product/project context and needs.

  • Design Audit- audit the current user flow to identify pain points, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
  • Competitive research - analysis of direct or indirect competitors' design strengths and weaknesses, with actionable recommendations
  • User research- research plans, screener surveys, user interviews, and/or persona development to better understand users
  • Usability testing- summary of key findings and recommendations, or documentation of testing sessions to understand users’ experience of and interaction with your product
  • Redesign and/or redesign recommendations- design improved flows for the distinct user types. Workshop ideas and turn those into wireframes or mockups that show exactly how the solution could work
  • Prototype- once high fidelity mockups are complete, create a prototype in Figma that can be used to test and validate the designs
Mentorship

  • Preparation of any relevant resources and assets in advance of the kick off call
  • With a regular weekly check-in call
  • Reasonably responsive throughout the collaboration to unsure progress is not blocked.

Our Vision: Empowering every individual with a supportive and trusted peer group

CIRKEL is redefining the landscape of Learning & Development by creating a world where everyone has access to a supportive and trusted peer group. Through our AI-enabled platform, we are pioneering a socio-technical innovation that builds meaningful, lasting peer connections — enhancing learning, wellbeing, and innovation across communities.
This directly contributes to Sustainable Development Goals 3 (Wellbeing), 11 (Sustainable Communities), and 16 (Peace & Inclusion). The Vision Intelligence app is a self-guided experience that helps individuals connect to a clearer, emotionally rooted version of their ideal future. Through guided meditation, narrative writing, and a personalized digital vision board, users gain clarity, confidence, and purpose. Over time, Vision Intelligence is designed to lead users into forming peer groups (CIRKELs), where they can share goals, support one another, and evolve together. The product’s ultimate goal is to spark small group formation that results in trusted connections and long-term social capital.
