Our organization is anticipating a large amount of growth in the next five years. To make sure we continue to operate with a high level of efficiency, we need to have the right people in the right places. With your help, we hope to modify our current operational procedures in a way that best manages our growth priorities.

Tasks may include:

• Research our existing structures including marketing, operational, administrative, and personnel needs using our operational hierarchy and collaborating with our management team.
• Conduct a gap analysis for the current operation procedures, organizational skillsets, and positional analysis.
• Develop improved Standard Operating Procedures for our current operating structure while offering researched improvement strategies and proposed solutions.

By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities:

• Researched our existing operational structure.
• Generated a personnel projection for our needs in the next five years.
• Implemented a gap analysis for current operation procedures, organizational skillsets, and positional analysis.
• Developed improved Standard Operating Procedures for our current operating structure and have offered researched improvement strategies and proposed solutions.

Students will connect directly with us for mentorship throughout the project. We will be able to provide answers to questions such as:

• Which areas of the company do we anticipate to grow the most and require special attention?
• Are there any areas or the company that are currently requiring process improvements?
• Are there any new departments being created that require implementation?
• Input on choices, problems or anything else the students might encounter.
