stress management decision making leadership problem solvingThe goal of this project is to create a structure for a hybrid live (in places like the Arctic) and online leadership program focused on better decision making for leaders in times of stress. This program should provide leaders with the tools and resources they need to make sound decisions in times of stress.
The deliverables for this project include:
- Developing a curriculum for the program that includes topics such as decision-making, problem-solving, and stress management.
- Creating a hybrid structure for an in-person and follow up online platform for the program, including a website, online courses, and live webinars.
- Developing a system for tracking and evaluating participants' progress.
- Creating resources and materials to support the program, such as videos, worksheets, and other materials.
Available virtually for regular meetings and by email in between meetings. Access to individuals in leadership positions for interviews and feedback.
