This project aims to enhance the organization's digital presence by developing engaging content for its social media platforms, Instagram and LinkedIn, as well as its blog. The goal is to raise awareness and foster community engagement around issues of reproductive justice. Students will apply their knowledge of digital communications and content marketing to create compelling narratives and visual content that resonate with the target audience. They will work independently, with guidance and feedback, to ensure the content aligns with the organization's mission and values. This project provides an opportunity to explore the intersection of social advocacy and digital media, while honing skills in content creation and management.
Students will deliver a comprehensive content calendar for one month, including posts for Instagram and LinkedIn, and at least two blog articles. They will also create a set of social media templates, graphics and captions that align with the Black Birth Project's messaging. Additionally, a brief report analyzing the engagement metrics of the content will be provided to assess the effectiveness of the digital strategy.
