Our organization needs the help of law students to prepare our legal documents.

The main documents are:

  1. Term Sheet: It is the user contract where the terms and conditions of the service is included.
  2. MOU: it is a contract of mutual cooperation with key partners where some commitments are defined.
  3. R&D Collaboration Agreement: It is a contractual agreement where we indicate information about Intelectual Property, Data publication, Patent rights, and market-ready products.
