We are based in Calgary, Canada. Our customers are both B2B and B2C. On the business side, we focus on the local SMB market. Our business model is built on a triple bottom line philosophy- security (profits), sustainability (planet), societal (people).
We are now expanding to add cyber security and cloud security to become a fully integrated information security company. And on the sustainability side, we are adding eco friendly packaging products. This requires a whole new approach to communicate our brand values and appeal.
Therefore, we are interested in developing a comprehensive ESG strategy, marketing, and communication report for our secure, sustainable, and socially responsible information security company.
Deep understanding of the information security landscape.
Deep understanding of the material handling & recycling space.
Market analysis, competitor analysis, SWOT, marketing strategy.
Develop a comprehensive, easy to implement and communicate ESG report with clear ROI established for Pulp Shred and our customers.
A life-cycle sustainability assessment performed on on-site (Mobile shred trucks) vs off-site (Pulp Shred), so that we have an independent third party perspective on the harmful impact of on site shredding.
All necessary data, analysis and company details will be provided.
Will provide whatever help/resources needed.
We will work closely with the student team to ensure the project is on point and on time.
