Project Title: Full Sales Funnel Audit and Rebuild
Project Goal:
The main goal of this project is to complete a full audit of our current sales funnels, including front-end ads, landing pages, upsell opportunities, and follow-up sequences, and deliver consulting feedback along with two newly designed, high-converting funnels inside GoHighLevel.
We expect learners to gain hands-on experience in funnel analysis, conversion optimization, and sales-driven funnel building, while helping us significantly improve our lead generation and sales processes.
This project is ideal for learners who are interested in direct-response marketing, funnel strategy, and real-world sales psychology.
Project Deliverables:
At the end of the project, learners are expected to submit the following:
- A detailed audit report identifying strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities across our full sales funnel (ads, landing pages, upsells, follow-up sequences).
- Two redesigned and rebuilt sales funnels inside GoHighLevel, based on audit insights and best practices.
- A final presentation summarizing recommendations, test plans, and expected improvements.
Project Expectations & Skills Required:
Main Deliverables:
- Complete a full end-to-end audit of our sales funnel ecosystem.
- Identify areas to optimize landing pages for higher conversion rates.
- Identify opportunities to improve upsells and average order value (AOV).
- Review and suggest improvements to email/SMS follow-up sequences.
- Build two fully functional new funnels in GoHighLevel based on findings.
- Present findings and proposed improvements to the team.
Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of sales funnel strategy and conversion optimization.
- Knowledge of GoHighLevel funnel builder.
- Familiarity with front-end ads (Facebook/Instagram/Google ads preferred).
- Copywriting and persuasive marketing knowledge.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to deliver actionable feedback.
Project Details & Milestones:
Week 1: Project Kick-off and Onboarding:
- Attend project kick-off meeting to review the goals, current funnel structure, and expectations.
- Get access to GoHighLevel account, sample ad creatives, and current funnel assets.
- No specific deliverables beyond completing onboarding and systems access.
Week 2: Continued Onboarding, Demonstrated Competencies, & Initial Tasks:
- Learners will complete a small audit sample (review one ad and one landing page) to demonstrate competency.
- Submit short findings summary for review and feedback.
Week 3: Early Project Work & Initial Milestones:
- Begin full audit of current funnel systems.
- Start documenting insights and improvement opportunities across all funnel stages.
- Submit initial audit progress and key findings for review.
Week 4: Mid-Project Progress & Review:
- Complete full funnel audit and recommendations.
- Present draft audit findings for team feedback.
- Begin sketching/wireframing the two improved funnel designs.
Week 5: Final Project Work & Pre-Submission:
- Build and develop two new funnels inside GoHighLevel based on approved recommendations.
- Submit working drafts of funnels for internal review and final edits.
Week 6: Final Project Submission & Wrap Up:
- Submit final version of two built funnels and audit report.
- Present final recommendations and live demo of new funnels (optional).
Learner Support:
We will meet with the project team once a week via Zoom to review progress, answer questions, and provide feedback.
Mentorship Hours:
We can provide an additional 30 minutes of 1:1 mentorship or guidance each week if needed.
Support Channels:
Learners can reach out via Slack or email for additional support between meetings, with rapid responses.
Additional support materials (current funnel maps, ads, examples) will be provided to help learners succeed.
