#lovework is a mobile app providing a curated, contained, continuous learning journey that provides small-step practices to help everyone develop skills and build healthy habits so they can actually love their work. Team members start with an assessment of what energizes and drains them at work and then they complete and post 3 daily practices to help them maximize energizers, reduce drainers, increase flow states, and connect with their coworkers and leadership in just 5 mins/day. Full teams complete a weekly practice together in as little as 15 minutes and leaders participate in an hour-long training together monthly to support their own and their teams' learning needs toward productive, healthy habit formation for all.
