Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with the operations team to brainstorm new product ideas, analyzing how to increase efficiency and improve product quality, working at the operations for making candles and packing orders, and taking on any ad-hoc operations such as event organization or product delivery.

Sales Coordinator

We are hiring for two Sales Coordinator positions to improve our B2B sales. 1) Retail Sales Coordinator expectations and qualifications: - Familiarity with the retail landscape in Vancouver and BC - Ability to develop sales and marketing plan - Ability to work independently and comfort with ambiguity 2) Event and Partnerships Sales Coordinator expectations and qualifications: - Familiarity with the events landscape in Vancouver and BC - Ability to work independently and comfort with ambiguity - Not give up after rejections and leverage feedback from any failure to drive future successes

Content Creator

We would like students to help us with creating content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization. Ultimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization, including video, social media, and other collateral that we can use as go-to marketing tools. You will be leading all marketing efforts and be responsible for how our branding comes off. You will have additional resources to support you: 1. Photographer (8-10hrs/ week) 2.
