Strategy - Customer Discovery Our goal is to perform customer research in the field of EV charging and to increase awareness among the targeted audience about our product line. Our products helps utilities, fleet managers and high rise buildings to manage and schedules EV charging to optimize the price and reduce emissions. Product Research - Niche - As a smaller firm we would like to establish the niche to compete with the larger firms once the niche is identified. Working with our marketing experts, students to make a report to identify the niche to target which will formulate the go to market strategy.

Data Collection and Analysis

We would like to collaborate with students to gather data for renewable generation and Electric Vehicle load and create predictive machine learning models in our organization. Through using open source data and applying analytics models, methodologies, and machine learning tools, we hope to get an end-to-end machine learning solution. Students should be prepared to: Identify and extract the data from various online sources and save in internal cloud data base. Develop a unique machine learning solution to make predictions. Create crone jobs(or similar) and data scrapping tools for daily copy, clean up data and create scripts to make daily reports. A few areas of specific interest for us include: Python data scrapping Recommendation forecasting methodologies Bad data detection Reporting & Visualization

We provide mentorship and certification which will help students to grow their leadership skills, communications, boots confidence. At no fees and provide scholarship to higher education.
