Employer Provided Innovation Challenges (EPIC) provide learners and workers with access to authentic, employer-sponsored project-based learning through a network of business associations and other challenge providers. EPIC provides employers, as well as education and workforce development partners with a standardized platform to scale and credential employer-sponsored challenges that support career awareness, exploration, and development. The U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation is working with its national network of business associations and employers to make authentic project-based learning available at scale.

Learners will collaborate in small teams to tackle challenges presented by industry professionals, leveraging their skills to deliver impactful results within a limited timeframe.

National Civics Bee Marketing Campaign for Middle School Educators
This experience is designed for learners who are developing skills in digital marketing and social media strategy. Participants will apply their knowledge to create impactful social media content aimed at providing information to Middle School Educators in Pennsylvania. Students should be familiar with marketing, communications and graphic design. The project will require research, content creation, and writing. Leaners will need to think critically, work collaboratively and demonstrate project management skills.
