Using a data set provided by your organization, students will use data analysis methods to help you and your organization derive insights and make more informed decisions. Skill set: Manipulate data using modelling, ETL in a business context relevant to decision-making. Contextualize data in a format that maps to business objectives and aligns data analysis to strategic outcomes. Present data that communicates analysis effectively and accurately for a business audience using visualizations (dashboards) and reports. Python programming specific to data aggregation, preparation, visualization and analysis. Managing data in the cloud (Microsoft Azure). Understand the intersection of emerging clean technologies and data analytics.

Is your organization looking for a software or web application solution? Students in this project course focus on gaining experience in some aspect of the software industries: software application development, web and game development, database design and management, and IT project management. Learners will gain practical experience with exposure to industry standards of planning, developing, and quality assurance testing. AWS re/Start is a full-time, skills development program that prepares learners for careers in the cloud. Through scenario- based learning and hands-on labs, learners gain the technical skills they need for entry-level cloud roles. AWS re/Start also focuses on building professional skills such as adaptive communication, time management, and collaboration. The program’s mission is to build a diverse pipeline of entry-level cloud talent. Students will work in teams of 3-4, up to 50 hours per student, over a 3 week span.
