Invoice Processing Optimization Project
The main goal for the project is to streamline and optimize the invoice processing system for Unrivaled Sports. This will involve creating a more efficient process for checking and uploading new invoices, as well as generating AP reports. The tasks that learners will need to complete to achieve the project goal include: - Analyzing the current invoice processing system and identifying pain points and inefficiencies. - Developing a new process for checking virtual mailboxes in Outlook for new invoices and uploading them into Bill.com with GL coding. - Creating a system for running AP reports on a weekly basis, specifically on Tuesdays. - Testing the new process and making improvements based on feedback and data analysis.
LeagueApps Transaction Management Project
The main goal for the project is to assist Unrivaled Sports in managing daily transactions generated through their registration tool, LeagueApps. This includes creating invoices for new teams, adjusting invoices as players are added or dropped, and sending participant accounts to general managers. The project is estimated to require 3 days a week, 4 hours a day.
