The main objective of this project is to develop an innovative berth planning software that leverages automation and AI to optimize port operations, streamline berth allocation, and significantly reduce vessel waiting times. By utilizing advanced technologies, this solution aims to drive efficiency and sustainability in the port sector, aligning with Green IT principles. Students will focus on software development and testing, while the company provides the scope of the solution, business explanations, and requirements for this Proof of Concept (POC). The frontend and backend design will fall under the learners' scope, as they will engage in tasks such as building intelligent optimization algorithms and conducting performance tests. These activities will ensure students gain hands-on experience in developing advanced software solutions that support sustainable, data-driven logistics in the port industry.

Objective: As Numeria Technologie, a B2B company specializing in Odoo integration services, our objective is to deepen our understanding of our target market's preferences and needs. This project aims to gather comprehensive insights into the buying behavior, experiences, expectations, and perceptions of our brand and key competitors within the B2B sector. Project Overview: With the recent introduction of a new Odoo integration service, this project focuses on conducting thorough consumer research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and enhance market positioning. Key Tasks: Survey Development: Create an unbiased survey with questions tailored to understand B2B clients' experiences with Numeria Technologie, their perceptions of our services, and insights into their purchasing decisions. Interview Question Formulation: Develop effective interview questions to conduct in-depth discussions with key stakeholders and decision-makers in client organizations. Feedback Collection Strategy: Identify optimal channels and approaches to reach our target audience of B2B clients and motivate their participation in surveys and interviews. Competitive Analysis: Assess and analyze the strengths and weaknesses of our main competitors in the Odoo integration services market. This 2-month internship will involve developing a digital strategy based on the 4 Vs of marketing (Value, Volume, Veracity, Valorization) and creating LinkedIn content to strengthen Numeria Technologie's visibility and appeal in the market. Project Objectives: Analysis and Diagnosis: Evaluate Numeria Technologie's current digital presence, including its website, social media, and communications. Digital Strategy: Develop a digital strategy integrating the 4 Vs of marketing to enhance Numeria Technologie's brand image. LinkedIn Content Creation: Design and publish two LinkedIn posts per month for a period of 4 months, aligned with the defined strategy and Numeria Technologie's objectives. Campaign Management: Plan and execute two targeted LinkedIn advertising campaigns per month, using best practices and analyzing campaign performance.

Our company would like to explore re-designing our current software with a prototype. We are always on the lookout for innovative and fresh UI and UX ideas that will help our users.
