Project feedback
Over the course of the past seven weeks starting on June 29, 2020 to August 14, 2020, I have gained valuable insight into the intersection of risk in the Construction industry and Project Management for which I am sincerely grateful for granting me the opportunity to work with Soteria120 Inc. as Project Management Course Developer intern. I really appreciate your opening to let me develop a project management training in Soteria120's learning system based on the Company’s information, material, and Ottolearn’s manuals shared to us for understand and create the outcome expected from this internship. You really allowed me to see how underestimated risks can legally and financially affect construction companies. I have gained experience in how to approach students clearly and concisely. My communication skills have improved while developing this course. This project has allowed me gain a deeply applied understanding of Project Management through researching, writing, and proofreading the material uploaded in the Ottolearn platform. This internship has increased my interest in pursuing a career in Business. I would love to stay in touch, and perhaps speak to you regarding steps I should take in the future to pursue a career in Business aligned with Project Management. Once again, thank you for the opportunity and all of your support over these terrific seven weeks.

Set up our HR System / Process

We are a startup. We are early-stage, so we have no staff. All our work has been with contractors (and students, like yourselves). Soon, we would like to be able to hire staff. When we hit that point, we'd love to have a system in place. That means government payroll number, payment systems, tracking, and a review of of our positions descriptions and hiring strategy. If you are aiming for a future in HR, this is the role for you!
