The ReFrame Team is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who wants to help Canadian companies use their business as a force for good. We need a digital steward for the Canadian Certified B Corporation Directory. The role entails actively managing the backend of the directory (which is built on WordPress), as well as outreach and marketing of the directory to Canadian B Corps. ( Resources below) This is an incredible opportunity to create long-lasting relationships with THE MOST purpose-driven companies in Canada . You will be dealing directly with organizations using their business as a force for good and creating priceless contacts in the business world. If you are a confident, creative, detail-oriented, and organized self-starter who has a working knowledge of WordPress, then this role is for you! Your role will include: Review, edit and approve directory listings as they are submittedMonitor communication channels (email & web forms) and assist usersCreate a FAQ resource center for directory usersOutreach to Canadian B Corps that are not listed on the directoryAssist/create listings for these companiesEstablish relationships with Canadian B Locals to assist in marketing the directory Qualifications & Skills: Working knowledge of WordPress backend Exceptional communication skills Attention to detailConfidence to reach out to companies about the directory If this sounds like a job that you could excel at, we look forward to meeting you!
