Customer Forum

Our company has thousands of existing customers. We want to engage customers through a forum, so we can answer common questions and discuss our products. We would like to collaborate with students to develop such a forum for our company. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our platform, target market, products and services. Researching and selecting suitable software for our forum website. Organizing the forum and identifying relevant topics. Creating user rules for the forum. Considering ways to increase customer engagement in the forum. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Recommending future features to implement in the forum.
