Applied Reporting and Systems Analytics

The ReFrame Team is looking for a custom Reporting and Systems SUPER STAR! If you are a creative, detail oriented, organized self-starter, who happens to be a wiz at Excel and MS Word, then this role is for you! We need your help in creating custom, on-brand, reporting processes for the group benefits team. These client facing reports will be issued bi-annually and annually and the systems YOU create will act as a foundation for the division. Your role will include: - Creating custom documents in Excel/Word that can be used as templates for different clients - Ensuring ReFrame branding guidelines are met on all customized documents - Creating new templates with Excel/Word, that will include formulas & graphs, to inform our clients and streamline our processes - Critically and creatively thinking about how reports can be redesigned to offer key information and represent the ReFrame brand - Establishing key step-by-step guides for new and efficient processes that can be standardized across the company Qualifications & Skills - Previous experience with Business administration is an asset - Excel and MS Word experience - Can-do attitude that is ready to bring forward new ideas and new ways of looking at client communications and reports If this sounds like a job that you could excel at, please apply!
