The main goal for the project is to create a new solution offering for a targeted market segment. This will involve defining the solution and building the process and artifacts for consistent client experience. Students will need to complete the following tasks to achieve the project goal:


- Conduct market research to identify the needs and preferences of the targeted market segment.


- Collaborate with NSP & Company's team to brainstorm and define the new solution offering.


- Develop a detailed plan for the solution offering, including the process and artifacts required for consistent client experience.


- Create prototypes or mock-ups of the solution offering to visualize the client experience.


- Gather feedback from potential clients and iterate on the solution offering based on the feedback received.


Deliverables

By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities:


- Market research report outlining the needs and preferences of the targeted market segment.


- Detailed plan for the new solution offering, including the process and artifacts for consistent client experience.


- Prototypes or mock-ups of the solution offering to visualize the client experience.


- Feedback analysis report and revised solution offering based on the feedback received.


Final deliverables:
