Students will collaborate with our organization to evaluate our current proposal process, identify weaknesses, and develop high-quality technical proposals for government bids. This project will involve several steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our organization’s vision, mission, and technical capabilities. Reviewing our current proposal writing process and past proposals. Researching best practices for technical proposal writing for government bids. Identifying potential government contract opportunities that align with our services. Developing a detailed and persuasive technical proposal template. Writing sample technical proposals based on identified opportunities.

Sales Process Optimization

Project Goal The primary objective of this project is to enhance our lead generation process to improve our return on investment (ROI) and overall operational efficiency. Students will evaluate our current lead generation process, identify bottlenecks, and develop recommendations and new training materials. By leveraging research and best practices, students will create new scripts for our sales staff to improve the quality and quantity of leads generated and increase the conversion rate. This project will involve several steps for the students, including: Evaluating our current lead generation process by interviewing sales representatives and reviewing our handbook and protocols. Researching industry lead generation processes and strategies. Creating recommendations to enhance our lead generation and conversion rate. Writing new lead generation scripts for phone calls and emails. Developing an updated lead generation process handbook.
