Project Overview: The primary goal of this project is to refine and validate Emma’s Dream , a 7-week curriculum designed to help children ages 6–10 discover their natural talents and dreams through a structured blend of social-emotional learning (SEL), games, and experiential activities. The program is currently in a product development phase and will be piloted across schools in Chicago, with future scalability in mind. B2C Product Launch to New Market Research
Emma's Dream is a company built to help kids capture their passions and dreams so when they grow up, they can have access to these insights and set up goals successfully in their future. Our primary market are parents so we want to test out our book and workshop to see how parents improve their relationship with their kids and find the time to connect and capture that valuable information for their future. The goal of this project is to do Market Discovery regarding how to solve their pain points and if our workshop prototype works. The workshop is in development, so we want to do market research and build it with parents and according to their needs, test a prototype and see the results. Tasks may involve: Creating an unbiased survey with questions regarding what are their main pain points when it comes to understanding their child. Creating a survey regarding the workshop, do they think this can help them get to know their children in a fun way? Creating effective conversation questions for customer interviews. What other solutions do they use to understand their child? what are the products, services, youtube channels, websites they use to find guidance? Analyzing trends within primary data collected through the survey and interviews, and reporting on them.
